Cancellation & Modification Policy
Lost Moose Meadows RV Campground
We’re a small, family-owned RV park, and each reservation matters to us. When guests cancel or shorten their stay, especially on short notice, we may not be able to rebook the site — which directly impacts our ability to operate sustainably. These policies are in place to help protect our small business while remaining fair to all guests.
📅 Cancellations (Based on How Early You Cancel)

| 30+ days | 90% refund (10% cancellation fee) |
| 7–29 days | 80% refund (20% cancellation fee) |
| 3–6 days | 50% refund (50% cancellation fee) |
| 2 days or less | No refund |
Note: Cancellation fees are based on the full reservation total, not just the deposit.
✂️ Changes to Reservation Length (Shortening Your Stay)
If you reduce the number of nights on your reservation, the same cancellation fees apply to the nights you remove — based on when the change is made.
For example:
- Shorten 10 days out? 20% fee on removed nights.
- Shorten 2 days out? No refund for those nights.
- After arrival? No refunds for unused nights.
🚫 No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up and didn’t cancel in advance, no refund will be given.
🚐 After Check-In
Once you’ve checked in, there are no refunds for:
- Early departure
- Voluntary departure
- Eviction
- Weather or natural events
