Lost Moose Meadows RV Campground

We’re a small, family-owned RV park, and every reservation matters to us. When guests cancel or shorten their stay, especially on short notice, we may not be able to rebook the site, which directly impacts our ability to operate sustainably. These policies are in place to help protect our small business while remaining fair to all guests.

✂️ Changes to Reservation Length (Shortening Your Stay)

If you reduce the number of nights on your reservation, the same cancellation fees apply to the nights you remove based on when the change is made.

For example:

  • Shorten your stay 10 days before arrival: 20% fee on the removed nights.

  • Shorten your stay 2 days before arrival: No refund for the removed nights.

  • After check-in: No refunds for unused nights.

🚫 No-Show Policy

If you expect to arrive after your scheduled arrival date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Reservations are held until 11:00 a.m. on the day following your scheduled arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made with the office. If you fail to arrive or contact us by that time, your reservation will be considered a no-show.

For no-show reservations:

  • The remainder of the reservation will be canceled.

  • Any refund, if applicable, will be determined according to the cancellation policy above.

  • Your site may be released and rented to another guest.

  • Once a reservation has been released due to a no-show, we cannot guarantee site availability if you arrive later.

🚐 After Check-In

Once you’ve checked in, there are no refunds for:

  • Early departure

  • Voluntary departure

  • Unused nights

  • Eviction for violating campground policies

  • Weather, wildfire smoke, road closures, power outages, or other events beyond our control
